Rubber Coating Series

Polyurethane Elastomer Coating Series
High strength, good wear resistance, wide hardness range (20shoreA to 75shoreD) and other excellent properties, is widely used in papermaking, metallurgy, printing and other fields.
Resin Composite Coating Series
Advanced epoxy resin composite technology, with the imported fiber and resin materials and nano grade filler. Applicable to the section of soft calender, super-calender and marking press roll and other application.
Thermal Spraying Coating Series
With the surface processing technology in Europe, selection of high quality coating materials, using plasma, supersonic flame spraying process to spray a layer of rigid metal material (ceramic, tungsten carbide, hard alloy, Teflon, etc.) to calendar, super-calender steel roll, winder roll .dryer can, Yankee’ s surface. The thermal spraying coating will enhance wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, stripping performance.
Vacuum Roller Series
