Introduction to Ceramic Anilox Roller
Main Features of Ceramic Anilox Rollers
■ Wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature resistant, long service life, cost-saving
■ Uses ALE fiber laser engraving, providing high ink transfer, regular pores, smooth pore walls, flat pore bottoms, quick ink release, and easy cleaning
■ Employs strict plasma spraying process for the ceramic layer, ensuring porosity, thickness, and uniformity
■ Uses ultra-strong stainless steel alloy bonding layer to ensure strong adhesion between the ceramic layer and the roller base, effectively preventing ink corrosion agents from penetrating the roller base
■ All products come with pore volume inspection reports to guarantee precise ink carrying capacity
Applications of Ceramic Anilox Rollers
■ Lithium battery separator coating
■ Flexographic printing
■ Offset printing
■ Gravure printing
■ Flexible packaging labels
■ Envelopes
■ Form paper
■ Handbags

Selection of Ceramic Anilox Roller
The screen of the anilox roller must be 3.5-7 times that of the flexo roller to ensure that the smallest holes do not fall into the anilox roller’s holes, which could cause hole enlargement or dirty rollers during printing, damaging the roller’s quality. Therefore, the correct method for selecting the screen of the anilox roller is to refer to the size of the smallest holes of the flexo roller and then select the corresponding diameter of the smallest one.
Machining Equipment for Ceramic Anilox Rollers
Processing Range: Length 4000mm / Diameter 25-600mm
■ Plasma spraying equipment: Uses the Swiss SULZER triple-cathode plasma spraying system, providing high coating quality, low porosity, and micro-hardness up to 1300HV-1450HV. After coating, precision grinding is performed to ensure better roller accuracy.
■ Laser engraving equipment: Introduces multiple sets of the world’s most advanced ALE fiber laser engraving equipment, with a maximum power of 500W. It uses “three-beam,” “multiple strikes,” and “MAD swing technology” to create deeper and smoother dot shapes than ordinary laser engraving, benefiting ink transfer uniformity.
■ Testing equipment: Uses advanced imported British testing instruments specifically designed for ceramic anilox rollers, accurately measuring pore volume, pore size, opening size, dot depth, pore cross-section angle, and generating 3D images.
